Crossing countries taught me how to enter unfamiliar systems quickly: listen carefully, understand what is actually happening, and build trust before imposing answers.

I brought that instinct into startups. I repeatedly chose the earliest, least-defined stage—joining Voi, Hedvig and Curb before any had 20 full-time employees. I learned company building from inside the work: launches, funding rounds, new products, organisational growth and the operational decisions holding all of it together.

Over time, my work expanded from building teams and systems to owning finance, legal, compliance, operations and GTM as Chief of Staff. That breadth came from focusing on whatever mattered most to the company and taking responsibility for moving it forward.

Today, I work beside ambitious founders who need someone to hold the whole picture and take responsibility for moving it forward.
